What is the significance of "unlimited design"?While we operate as a design factory, our approach involves a structured process to ensure the quality of our deliverables. Adding 15 requests to your queue doesn't imply simultaneous delivery of all designs. Instead, designs are provided one at a time. We prioritize each request, addressing revisions until your satisfaction is met, all in sequence.

What is the difference between the "cancel" and "pause" features?You have the flexibility to pause or cancel your subscription at any point during its duration. Pause Feature: When you choose to utilize the pause feature, it works like this: If you find yourself with only a few design requests and wish to retain your remaining unused time, you can temporarily pause your subscription. This allows you to maintain your original pricing, keep your Trello board intact, and return later to utilize the remaining time within the month. For instance, consider a billing cycle spanning 31 days. If you've used the service for 20 days and opt to pause, you will still have 11 days available for future use. Cancel Feature: Alternatively, should you decide to cancel your subscription, certain aspects such as your Trello board, initial pricing, and any additional features that were part of your subscription will be forfeited. This entails the need to create an entirely new FENIK Studio account should you wish to continue using our services.

While not mandatory, providing these additional details can greatly enhance the design process: Brand guidelines, photo references, color references, mission and vision of the business.
